You can’t make it to the far end of the lake, or the length of the river if you run out of steam. 3 - It needs to still rip lake a slalom ski should. At Radar, we only design slalom skis that act like slalom skis. With the Open Water Series we took the mission to heart, adding more surface area than any other series in our line, cracking the traditional design code in the process. With the addition of Grip Rails and a flat spine, you have a ski that easily finds and maintains an edge despite its increased width. The barrier to entry into the slalom world just got lowered.
