RETURN POLICY

All Christmas gift purchases made online or in-store between November 1 and December 22, 2024, and all online purchases made during the temporary closure period (from December 23, 2024 to March 12, 2025) will be eligible for an exchange when we reopen in the spring, from March 13 to April 30, 2025 at the latest.

Discounts applicable at the time of purchase (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other discounts) are not transferable to products upon exchange. Items indicated as "Final Sale" in the product description are, however, final sale. We look forward to seeing you in the spring!

Exchange or store credit are available. No refunds on merchandise.

Men's and women's wetsuits, clothing, and swimwear: Exchange or store credit available within 15 days of original purchase. No refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and have all original tags still attached. Sanitary pads in swimwear must still be in place. Wetsuits must be free of marks or wrinkles. Hang the wetsuit until returned to avoid marking the material and contact us for a return by mail or another carrier.

Clothing/swimwear/wetsuits that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Shipping fees applicable at the time of purchase are not eligible for store credit.

Please note that La Boutique Sharks is not responsible for reshipping or return shipping fees.

When returning by mail, the product box must be protected with a protective bag or shipping carton. Do not tape or damage the original product box. We will not accept returns if you tape or apply a shipping label to the original box.

Promotions

Final Sale: This is a final sale on all merchandise at 50% off or more. Items cannot be exchanged or returned. If a product is deemed defective, you may contact customer service at service@sharksco.com with product details and the defect.

Layaways

Items placed in-store for more than 24 hours require a deposit. Layaways are valid for 30 days with a deposit. If the items are not collected after this period, the deposit will be credited to the customer account. Layaway deposits are non-refundable.

Defective Merchandise

In the event of a warranty claim, defective merchandise must be returned to La Boutique Sharks for warranty repair or replacement. Please contact us before returning any product by email at service@sharksco.com or by phone at 450-663-5543 or 1-800-473-5543.

Any claim regarding a damaged or broken product must be made within 7 days of receipt. In this case, photos of the product and box will be required.
