SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery in Quebec is free for purchases of $100 or more before taxes and deliveries outside Quebec or Canada are subject to shipping fees.

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Thereafter, delivery times normally vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination and the selected delivery method.

Surfboards, SUP boards and Wakefoils are not eligible for free shipping* (Some exclusions apply).

All online or in-store orders that are shipped require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that La Boutique Sharks is not responsible for unclaimed, stolen, or lost packages, reshipping fees, or returned merchandise fees.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs authorities at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. La Boutique Sharks has no control over the import fee charged and will not be responsible for payment of any duties or taxes.

In-Store Pickup

La Boutique Sharks also offers in-store pickup. There is no charge for in-store pickup. The in-store pickup process can take up to 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you by phone or email to let you know when your order is ready for in-store pickup.
