Shipping policy
Delivery in Quebec is free for purchases of $100 or more before taxes, and deliveries outside Quebec or Canada are subject to shipping fees.
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Thereafter, delivery times vary from 2 to 14 business days depending on the destination and the selected delivery method.
Products marked as CLEARANCE are not eligible for the free shipping offer. If one or more items in your order are CLEARANCE, shipping fees will be charged for that order. You can still get free shipping on your order if you add regular-priced items to your cart. Surfboards and SUP boards are not eligible for free shipping* (Some exclusions apply).
The Sharks Boutique online store offers shipping within Canada via UPS, Canpar, Purolator, GLS, and Canada Post. Shipping costs via these companies are automatically calculated when you place an order. Please ensure the correct address information is entered in the "shipping address" section. If the system is unable to calculate shipping costs for your order, please feel free to contact us by email or call us.
Oversized items will generally be delivered via UPS or Canpar and may be subject to additional shipping charges (SUP/Paddleboard and Wakefoil).
All online or in-store orders that are shipped require a signature upon delivery.
Please note that La Boutique Sharks is not responsible for unclaimed, stolen, or lost packages, reshipping fees, or returned merchandise fees.
In-Store Pickup
La Boutique Sharks also offers in-store pickup. There is no charge for in-store pickup. The in-store pickup process can take up to 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you by phone or email to let you know when your order is ready for in-store pickup.
