HO GIRLS OMNI

Developed for high versatility, the OMNI is ideal for the skier who needs one ski to do everything. The OMNI combines high performance skiing with the efficiency essential for open water skiing. Equipped with a Flex-Frame, it offers increased torsional flex which allows the ski to twist, creating tighter turns while its platform design provides excellent stability. This all-over ski was designed with a Hybrid Waist Width which is comparable to the maneuverable feel of a traditional ski with the added speed and stability of a wideride ski. Clean Edge Technology reduces drag by 50%, providing for smooth instinctive turns at variable speeds allowing water to release cleanly off the bottom of the ski. As opposed to conventional edging, where water wraps around the bevel, up the sidewall and releases off the upper edge creating suction. The Clean Edge 3.0 Technology couples increased acceleration with less skier input due to the bevel-less tail offered in the OMNI designs. In addition to the platform design, stability is further refined by maintaining more bevel between the rear foot and fin. The result is a fast moving highly efficient ski with the handling required for tight line turns. The OMNI also features a SpeedSkin base, fish-scale inspired advanced laminar textured ski base reduces ski drag and increases ski speed by breaking up water molecules during ski to water contact. The HEX fin takes it to the next level with its NACA Airfoil inspired 3-dimensional fin for a more favorable lift to drag ratio, in comparison to the traditional 2-dimensional waterski fin model. With its aerodynamic-like drag, this surf style fin functions like an airplane wing by increasing glide speed and turning properties thus improving ski versatility.
